I’ve had a fantastic experience at this store, thanks to Stefan and his team. Every time I visit, Stefan provides exceptional service. No other shop could fix my Vivo phone, but this store went above and beyond. They ordered a new screen for my cracked phone and fixed it perfectly. The service was outstanding, and all the staff members were really helpful and friendly. If I ever need to visit a phone store again, this will definitely be my go-to place.
Have been in this shop a few times now for repairs to different mobiles. They are honest people and brilliant at what they do.
The latest phone we were quoted for a replacement screen, when we went to collect they told us it wasn’t the screen and was a much simpler fix. Only charged us a minimum price which was very honest and appreciated.

Thank goodness for Stefan at Sanbei!! Dog put tooth hole in screen, phone stopped working, Vodafone shop said data lost and new phone needed…..called in to Sanbei where Stefan explained the no fix no fee promise and reckoned a new screen would solve the problem. Fixed quickly with a 3 month guarantee – happy days (and the dog is out of the doghouse)
