I sent my computer in to be built and for Windows 7 to be installed. I turn up the next day and he had put windows 10 on. I ask him why he put windows 10 on and he said it’s because he is better. I take my computer home and the desktop has a notepad file called r@1n which I knew was not normal. It turns out that this is a hacked version of Windows which I had paid PS100 for. I take it back to the shop and he blamed me for installed the wrong graphics drivers, which is absurd. He will refund me PS30, not the PS100 that I paid because he put the computer parts together which I could have done myself for free. I have reported him for selling me an illegal copy of Windows. I recommend you do not waste your time and money here, go anywhere else.

Needed a Samsung Tab3 repaired. I explained my problem and while in the shop they immediately identified one fault and phoned a few hours later to say what was involved.I was informed when the job would be complete based on getting the new parts.
Staff/owners were friendly and knowledgeable and I would definitely make them first choice for any future repairs.

Excellent customer service even as I wasn’t able to get what I wanted he was able to point me to the right direction and advice pop back if not sorted to get someone to assist me.
