I rang for them to look at my old gaming laptop give James a quick idea of what was going on and gave me a quote picked it up from my flat, was really friendly let me know he was busy but shouldn’t be more than a few days, low amd behold the job wasn’t a big one and I got it back the same day! Now that’s service, James was friendly and very accommodating as he was supposed to pick it up on Friday afternoon I ended up working and he was able to get it on the Saturday. My disc player on my laptop had broke so rang him for advice to see the cost of replacement and he gave me some really good advice that cured the problem without any charge on his side I only had to buy a PS12 disc player of ebay that USB hooks into the laptop, fixed it perfect. nice guy to deal with and seems very honest and I’d definitely use him if I need any work doing on my computer in the future
