I went three times. The first time the staff were just unhelpful. They stood around chatting and it was hard to approach. When I did she just showed us where the items were and walked back to her clan. The second day, a young man was very very helpful. On the third day the person who we made the purchase from was very unsure about the product we were buying. He was unable to provide answers and kept saying he didn’t know but it may be this or maybe that.
Absolutely amazing service from the lads at currys!! Came in to look for a tv and was looked after from start to finish. 10/10 service from the few who looked after us including Usman and Ifty. They remained professional at all times and ensured we got the best tv for us! Couldn’t recommend these guys enough. Was a quick and easy process and got the tv delivered straight to our house. Will definitely be returning to the Blackburn store.
Please invest in proper training for your staff.! Not only they deserve better but we do too, your customers, no need to Make an exciting purchase such a hellish experience.!
