I went to get my phone fixed as the screen was frozen and wouldn’t open for me to set up the phone, they fixed my phone the problem was sorted but when I picked up my phone I was asked if I wanted a phone case for protection I thought it was a good idea and I got a case, I paid and went home but later that day I took off the phone case and found a scratched on the side of the phone that wasn’t there before, you cannot see this scratch with the case on. I called the shop to explain this, the person that picked up said they didn’t drop my phone, I told him to ask who handled my phone I just wanted accountability cause I know accident happens but at least by honest about it and say sorry, the guys said they would call me back but they didn’t. I have a before and after picture of the phone for that day and I am certain that someone in that shop dropped my phone, I didn’t witness it so I can’t be 100% but I know for a fact that the phone did not have a the scratch before and I did not drop it at any point. I will upload the pictures too, the coloured screen was the phone before I took it to the shop and no marks on it.

Got my iPhone 11 screen and battery replaced to have it as a spare. I knew that there would be warnings even though I got Apple parts installed – I discussed this and they agreed that would be the case. The repairs were fine and done in the same day at what I thought was a fair price (PS130), though when I went to set up the phone Face ID did not work. I contacted them about it the next day but never heard back which is disappointing. I don’t know if It should work or not – it worked prior to the repair but from what I read online it can be affected during screen repairs. Pity about the support…would make sure to do your research before getting your phone repaired and ask lots of questions.

Came in today to get a privacy screen and a camera protector for my 14 pro max and they fitted the screen protector absolutely perfect, I always mess it up when I try I explained I had problems charging my phone and he took a look cleaned the dust out of the charging port and I no longer have problems… it wasn’t a huge issue but still took the time to clean it for me and fix the issue. I’ve looked around at a few shops and these guys by far have the best prices
