Needed a replacement screen for an iPhone 7+ which they did for the same price that Apple charges (not cheap!). Looked good but they’d broken the speaker inside so I couldn’t hear phone calls anymore and the new screen didn’t last 24hrs! Returned to the store with it and had to deal with ‘we don’t give guarantee’s/warrantys’ then ‘your speaker must have been broken before (it def was not) but we can sell & fit a new one for you”. Then they broke my phone cover taking it off the phone, denied it was them but offered to sell me another!! Frustrating, costly & in my opinion blatantly dishonest experience.
my brother went here to fix a shattered screen (still useable but unsafe) and about 3 days later they told us the phone had completely broke while trying to fix it, never got any money back and never a phone replacement. long story short broke an already broken phone and never satisfied but got paid doing so

On tour & went in for a memory card & the gent spent an hour manually moving files over to the card from phone to get the storage clear as my girlfriends phone was that clogged up
