I found Jemma (1st point of contact) very helpful and polite.

Reason for visit = I was subjected to a cyber attack on both a laptop and my android phone. The cost to clean the items was PS45 each. I was informed this company works with the police, NHS & provides this service on an unfortunate regular basis. This info made me feel that I was in good hands to ensure my devices were cleaned & made secure.

Due to their workload it took 2 days before my devices were ready for collection.

I had an issue with the quality of service to one of the devices. I specifically mentioned that ‘anydesk’ be removed from the phone, which I later found it hadn’t been.

The reason for 4 star rating and why I would recommend this shop is I believe this error was just an oversight human error that can occur with us all. Plus, they gave several options on how to rectify this issue. I chose a full refund which they provided.

Great customer experience from start to finish. Phoned initially to find out if they could help to fix my recently purchased second hand Dell Inspiron Laptop that couldn’t access websites. Spoke to a lovely girl (called Jemma) front of house who listened to my problem and then passed me through to James who was certain he could help me. Dropped off the laptop late morning and got a message early afternoon to say it was ready for collection. All fixed and a very reasonable charge for work done. Very pleased and have no qualms in recommending them.

With it’s friendly but knowledgable staff, Acefast managed to fix a problem on my old Macbook Pro that not even Apple could fix only in a few hours (at a cheap price as well)! Overall brilliant customer experience with great communication, would recommend to anyone with old tech who doesn’t want to spend lots of money upgrading their old hardware!
