It would have been a 5 star review, but we had a problem with the oven we ordered. Hughes’s website stated that the oven was a hardwired one, but when it was delivered it was a plug i type.
So we had to go back to the store to explain the problem.
We were refunded the cost of the oven, & managed to buy another oven, although at a higher price.
It will be interesting to see if Hughes amend the original oven’s tech spec to a plug type.
Tend to use Hughes for my TV purchases and other electrical items. The sales team are good very approachable non hard sell approach. Unfortunately had to go to Richer sounds this time round as LG G4 tv was not available in store to view only online I was told. After waiting since February for this years television’s to come out did want to make the right choice as they aren’t cheap. Hopefully next time I upgrade I’d use Hughes.
Ive just bought a TV and headfone system that had a fault and their reaction was 1st class. I live around 15mls away and Hughes sent an engineer which resulted in them picking up the TV and leaving a replacement. They did not ask me to return the faulty set which other outlets would have done so top marks for Hughes !!
