A fantastic, fast, and thorough level of service. They easily fixed the screen on my Apple iPhone, the parts were in stock, and the work took less than an hour at their ASDA office in Ipswich. Alex was clear on all the important information and liabilities associated with repairing an Apple device and on the cost, etc. I would (and already have) recommended them to friends and family; it is amazing how stressful losing access to your Smartphone can be (back them up, people!), but Alex and Armaphone took that away from the start. Thanks team!
Great experience with Armafone. Called up on Thursday and spoke to Jay who was extremely polite and professional. He offered me the free call out service where they come to your house and repair your phone in the company van.
The technician arrived the next day and within half hour it was fixed. Best bit was I didn’t even have to leave my house and the repair was done quicker than it would have taken me to get to the repair shop. Truly amazing service. Exceptional. Well done team.
