I sent in a phone for repair and later they told me it was fixed and ready
Wrong, the phone wasn’t even opened as I set it so I could check
I took the serial number of the faulty part and it was still the same and the problem was identical as when they got the phone
But that didn’t stop them charging a heafty fee for their scam
You say the phone wasn’t opened up so how did I get the internal SD card out?
You say you sent it away for repair yet told me it would be ready in 24 hrs
The phone was a Blackview and it was during lockdown where dealings were through the side door
You know you are crooks because I went back to your shop and told you
