The battery in my laptop needed replacing, and not feeling confident installing a new battery myself, I called Computer Highway and they were able to purchase the right battery on my behalf (including it in the final cost) and install it. They broke down all the pricing details and gave me different options for batteries, explaining the advantages and disadvantages of each. The customer service was excellent, they were very friendly and professional, and it was very quick all together (the new battery arrived the day after I called and they were able to install it the on the same day I arrived with my laptop). I would highly recommend.

These polite, helpful, trustworthy people did a great job on my laptop. Before leaving it with them they explained their charges (which were also displayed on a notice) and the next day they phoned me to explain the cause of the fault and got my agreement to do a complete re-installation. All done very efficiently at a moderate price with no nasty surprises. I would certainly recommend Computer Highway (and there’s 30 mins free parking directly outside the shop).

These guys were so friendly and helpful when my laptop stopped charging. They did a load of diagnostic tests in front of me, which was very encouraging. They gave me a quote for the full job but in the end fixed it with a new charger.
