This has to be the worst “business” I have ever given my custom to. The most unprofessional standards. I gave my laptop to them to fix my screen and Mo was very happy and responsive when it came to taking my money, but when I needed my charger back, I was left having to try to get through to him for weeks, to no avail. I called and texted but my calls and texts were ignored. I let Mo, the owner, know in very clear terms, I work from home and I need my charger or I will miss work, this didn’t matter to Mo as he ignored me and didn’t get back to me. Eventually I got it back after relentlessly trying to get through to him. My laptop came back to me with the screen not being affixed to the laptop properly and it came apart many, many times. Still, I couldn’t get through to Mo. Eventually, after many attempts to get through to him, he decided to grace my inbox with his presence and after he – yet again – ignored my text messages and calls for weeks and weeks and didn’t get back to me – we arranged for my laptop to be picked up. He told me he was coming to collect the laptop but didn’t show up, and on top of that didn’t even bother texting me to let me know to not wait for him. I gave the laptop to Moin a laptop pouch in February and it is now mid April and I haven’t received my pouch back (again, I had to text and call countless times) but he still has my pouch. Rather than making it a point to return my belongings back to me, he is ignoring me on WhatsApp, ignoring my calls but still posting WhatsApp stories, so clearly he sees my messages and calls, but still ignores me. This is for anyone who is thinking about using this company, just don’t. Spend your money with another business that will respect the fact that you entrusted them enough to give them your custom and not give you the poor, poor service that this company gave me.

My reply to the businesses reply:
Please don’t lie. I was given no other contact number, and it is untrue to say you have told me “many times” to collect it, you have not contacted me at all. You have ignored all my messages, and I have not heard from you. I have not “refused” to do anything, you haven’t put it to me that I should come and collect it because you haven’t gotten back to me. If you had no reason to keep my belongings then why did you keep my belongings? Makes no sense and as a business you shouldn’t lie. YOU forgot my belongings when you came to drop my laptop back to me, therefore the responsibility is on YOU to drop it back to me. I shouldn’t have to inconvenience myself and spend money and time to travel to your shop to collect something you forgot to drop back to me. It is your mistake, therefore it is your responsibility. Funny how this is the quickest reply I’ve ever gotten from you because you have been ignoring all my attempts to contact you.

Edit: since you are determined to make it look as if I am lying, I will reply to your lies once again. You have told me that it is not Mo that is writing the replies to this review, it is in fact an employee that I have never spoken to. So an employee who doesn’t know the situation and hasn’t spoken to me can’t comment accurately on this situation. This is your fault, not mine, don’t try to switch it around on me. Take responsibility. The gaslighting won’t work here. It’s easy for you to try to make it seem as if I was “harassing” a staff member, but that is the staff member which told me that my pouch was with them personally. This wasn’t any other employees responsibility but Mo.

The technical team also addressed the hardware issues meticulously. They replaced the old battery with a new one which has significantly improved my laptop’s performance and mobility. The fan and heatsink were cleaned thoroughly, which has made my laptop much quieter and cooler while operating.

What amazed me the most was how quickly they managed to handle everything. All the work was done in just 2 days, which far exceeded my expectations for speed and efficiency! I am extremely satisfied with the professionalism and quality of service provided by The Laptop Clinic. Their attention to detail and customer care is commendable. If your laptop is giving you trouble, this is the place to go. Highly recommended!

I have been a customer at FIX for years. Now I have met the guys from The Laptop Clinic and was very impressed.
My laptop was old, very slow and the battery needed replacement as I have the laptop always plugged in the mains even that I know I shouldn’t. So I went to Streatham on Thursday 27th August 2020 to leave my laptop for repair for a maximum amount of PS200 all inclusive.
The very next day I got a call from The Laptop Clinic. They offered me a refurbished laptop, same screen size, newer version of my old hp and a faster chip, plus office suite and mcafee with one year of warranty. All this for PS250 including free delivery and free data transfer from the old to the new laptop. On Saturday evening my laptop was delivered to my door step.
I honestly can and will recommend this company as I like their professional attitude, friendly approach and first class customer service I appreciate the very competitive pricing for their service. You really can’t ask for more.
