Being a senior citizen with limited technical knowledge Kay explained in “baby language”, which I could understand, as to what was wrong with my phone & how he could fix it. Service was great, the cost very reasonable and I was treated with kindness & courtesy.

The charging port at the bottom of my phone had broken , the young man in the shop was very pleasant and looked for a replacement but said he would need to order one in. I left my phone and collected it when it was ready. I wouldn’t hesitate to use there services again. Such a nice man.
Handed my mobile in for a repair to the screen which had gone off completely after dropping it.Kay’s replaced the screen and I got it back the next day.The price was very reasonable and my phone is working fine now so would definitely recommend this repair shop.
