Had a cracked screen on phone and had bought a new phone. Hadn’t backed up WhatsApp or any idea how to do it. Was in a bit of a panic. Zak and team were excellent and helpful to people to people digitally excluded and struggling with technology. He had just received an SME award for his business. In a frustratingly algorithmic and AI world we now live in his award is well deserved as he understands the importance and detail of customer service and care is everything.
Took my wee boys iphone 13 in to this shop to get fixed this morning, the phone was smashed to pieces front and back, the battery had expanded pushing the screen out. The phone was in a right sorry state. Got a message a few hours later to say the phone was ready for collection much to my delight. When I picked it up it looked like a brand new phone! My wee boy is over the moon. Great service and very friendly staff, will definitely use this shop again!
Called them to ask how much it would cost to repair the screen on my pixel 7 and was quoted PS80. Went into the store a couple days later and they told me it was PS115. Accepted this price as i needed it fixed quickly. Screen was repaired but the animations on my phone are incredibly slow and clunky. I’m no tech guru but i suspect cheap materials were used. Should have just spent the money on a new phone. Avoid!
