Amazing service from David at Screen Doctor. Like other reviews have mentioned, he is a straight-up, honest person, with the customer’s best interest in mind. He knows what he’s talking about, taking the time to research the phone and repair required, to be able to advise whether it is economically viable or not. Unlike another phone repair shop in Keighley (Phone Care Keighley), Screen Doctor did what he said he was going to do and in a timely manner (the other shop kept me waiting and waiting, to no avail). I would fully recommend using Screen Doctor, I no longer have to worry my phone will lose charge altogether and turn off, mid-conversation. Screen Doctor have given me more years to enjoy by beloved BlackBerry and upon my recommendation, a friend who more recently visited David, had a great experience too. Thank you David!!

I literally cannot find fault, well apart from the fact I had to go to Keighley:) Jokes aside, it was worth the drive. This is not your average high street repair shop.

Absolutely brilliant service and beyond reasonable with the cost.!
And the time taken was just unbelievable.
Screen and the electric screen behind replaced, charging point, microphone and speakers repaired/cleaned….. all in less than an hour. To an excellent standard, and for an unbelievable price.
Would honestly send my own Grandad down there on his own and know he would be in fine hands.
Never left a review in my life for anything but I wanted to thank the man who fixed my phone and was a true gent.
