Joe has been very good with communication. Did what he claimed he’d do for the service. Very technical and knows what he’s doing. In general was a great and fast service. I have a few repair shops local to me in the city, but I travelled a distance to his shop instead as I could trust his service for my Nintendo switch.

Went there today and the service was amazing. You can tell joe is a very passionate man about Nintendo and enjoys his job, couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Fast repair great communication on requesting quote and help as well as getting in touch on completing the repair. Amazing experience. These guys know exactly what they are doing and inform you in simple terms. They don’t want to take all of your money they want to do the best job possible.
