Bought a Samsung phone the customer service wasn’t good in the Kilmarnock Ayrshire shop as I was used to Irvine where I had no problems at all have used 02 as long as i have had a mobile phone with no problem have had problems transferring from my old Samsung to my new one where I asked for help at the Kilmarnock shop customer service was very unhelpful in the shop when I asked for help I am still having to use 2 phones to access information asked for help from customer service In the Kilmarnock Ayrshire shop spoke to the manager his name is Charlie he was the most unhelpful very very arrogant person ihave ever spoken too all I wanted was the same great service from 02

Got a new phone a year ago Friendly staff at the time. Told me a business contract would be cheaper. I asked if this would make any difference or would there be any problems doing it this way. Was told no it’s just a cheaper option for you. Never thought a company of 02s size would scam you….. business contract has been a disaster travelling and if over data = doesn’t work and the data cap won’t be lifted or changed. Went into shop to explain mis sold and couldn’t do anything until contract ended. Back to EE we go.

Absolute nightmare got phone with the headphones for a pound deal in November got code in December done click and collect told weren’t in store ready then told the click and collect would be extended to cover this then the order was cancelled and have tried to deal with o2 online who say the shop need to deal with it but the shop can’t seem to get any answers so long story short I’ve no headphones still at the end of January disgrace
