Staff are rude.
Bad service.
Payed PS170 for a phone screen and there was a broken pixel on the screen due to a poor fitted screen.
They then said they would fix but didn’t because there was two tiny scratches on the screen.
DO NOT USE MOBLE ZONE!!!!!

Took my phone for a screen protector to be fitted on my brand new phone, the guy in there struggled to fit it and then when there was dirt underneath he lost his temper ripped off the protector amd scratched my brand new phone screen! No apologies no nothing he said to go to trading standards instead of trying to resolve it!
Took my phone here for a new battery ,he ordered one and the phone still had problems and he ordered a mew battery fitted it and it didn’t work.Told him to put old one back and he smashed the black glass and wont give our money back.very disappointed with the service
