Absolute joke , new owners used to use them all the time as my partner works in the Tesco in the regent centre but wouldn’t recommend them since new owners taking over , got iPhone XS screen fixed for it to break not even 3 weeks later due to the lcd breaking down no fault of my own so they should have changed it even the phone shop I took the phone to after here said it should have got fixed for free as their fault very cheeky and not helpful in the slightest!!

To your reply , think you’ll find your staff was cheeky (you weren’t even present) & nothing happened to the phone wasn’t dropped or anything and think you’ll find these things can happen with screen replacements without damage been done , as guy in other phone shop said the screen should have been replaced free of charge as he could tell himself it was an issue with the screen itself , but don’t worry I found a shop 10x times better customer service and even gave a receipt with 28 days warranty for the same price , didn’t even get a receipt from your member of staff who quite clearly needs trained on better customer service skills

This place is very handy if you are needing anything phone related in a hurry. Much quicker to get whatever you need without waiting on an online purchase.
They seem to stock all of the latest mobile phone accessories and I think they also stock iPad/tablet accessories too.
I purchased a screen protector for my new Samsung and the man actually put it on my phone for me without me asking which was good as he did it really accurately.
The only downside is that it was quite expensive so hopefully it’s a good quality one! I could probably have bought three online for that price but I paid for convenience as I wanted it that day and I understand that they need to make a profit for themselves.

bought a phone charging cable, rip off at PS10 (no receipt given) took it home, in two hours it had barely charged 5%, useless, ordered a new one online for half the price and it charges 50% in two hours. Was unable to get back to the shop until after a holiday and when I did he waffled about it being a plug problem except I’m using the same plug with the new cable so there is nothing wrong with the plug. He refused to refund as it had been over a week since I had purchased. You have been warned his goods are not fit for purpose!!
