I have had problems with my computer for many years now and Gary has been the only one that has been able to help, very friendly and helpful customer service, excellent information for people that arent as informed about technology and very affordable prices for the services provided. If i were to recommend anyone to go to with tech problems it would be here.
When my PC died 2 weeks before Christmas, Gary was my first port of call as he had been reliable and reasonably priced in the past. Unfortunately the hard drive had gone so Gary built me a refurbished tower and managed to retrieve my documents and photos from my old drive, all in time for Christmas. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.
After being told by someone my laptop was ‘just not turning on and probably very expensive to fix’ I came for a second opinion. Thank goodness I did because the same day he had it fixed and it wasn’t at all expensive. Clearly knows what he’s on about and even gave the inside of the laptop a good clean. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!
