Extremely helpful and knowledgeable and went out of their way to help me recover my data from my Iphone. The Apple store had said there was nothing to be done with water damage, the screen wasn’t working and I wouldn’t be able to access my phone to backup my data. Wrong! Future links actually fixed my screen and I was able to recover my photos and contacts, and my phone works again. Reasonable prices for their service and I also bought a second hand phone, great condition and good value. Definitely recommended!
Took my iPhone to replace a cracked screen. I was told before hand that they would use non-genuine apple parts but the only change would be a notification in my settings.
The new screen has obviously less vibrant colour, the device gets hot after a short use and it has a significant affect on the battery life.
I’m not very happy that I wasn’t told this would happen before they did the work.
