SCAM COMPANY. DO NOT USE!! If could put no stars I would. I ordered a pair of earbuds. When they arrived one was not working at all. I emailed 4 times tono replies. I found a phone number and was told that I needed to post them back at my expense despite the fact that were broken! It cost me PS5.39 to post. I heard nothing, despite the fact that I know they had received them at Imobile. I telephoned numerous times and demanded a FULL refund. It never came!!! Nothing but a SCAM COMPANY!!!
For laptop repairs would recommend you look elsewhere as staff are incompetent, lack communication and do not follow through with their word and certain staff members are rude. Zero stars are not possible otherwise it would be that.
Maybe the phones services are better, but definitely not the ones for laptops.

I came in 10 days ago for a screen protector for my s23 ultra. It had a scratch and didn’t have others.
He asked me to come at a later time to replace it and pay then.
He didn’t charge me then and trusted me to come back.
