I am so happy and grateful for this shop fixing my phone which I had no idea what had happened to it, my screen stopped working one day so i went into the shop and they were so helpful and so assuring that they could help me.
Their time estimates were spot on, they were so understanding of my circumstances and the customer service and overall technical support was better than that of experiences I have had previously when contacting my own phone and contract providers.

Boyfriend just got his iPhone 13 repaired here he said the people are nice and seemed lovely, got his phone back with a black dot in the screen. They told him to drive back and show them they just said there is nothing they can do about it after paying over PS100 for a replacement a new phone would have been PS300 so now he has to pay over another PS100 to get it fixed elsewhere I wouldn’t recommend I see there is a lot of positive reviews but from my boyfriends experience I wouldn’t step foot in their your phone won’t come back the same and you will still have to pay for more repairs. No sympathy was shown towards him when he went back in they just said there was nothing they could do I hope you don’t find your self in this situation stay safe guys try find another trusted company.
I am giving these guys 5 stars because they are very friendly and know what they are talking about. Unlike some places, they don’t overcharge and feed you a load of rubbish! The guy there the other day was amazing. He treated my kids really kindly, which they loved! So thank you for the kind words and making them feel welcome in your store!
