Fantastic service and fantastic pricing.

I contacted this company to help me fit a new RGB AIO cooler I’d bought online, having attempted to fit it myself, and feeling completely overwhelmed by the task, I reached out to these guys for help.

The owner of the company answered the phone and I was able to take my PC in that same day.
It was all done within the hour and he also fitted some new RGB fans for me that I bought off them there and then.

Total cost was PS75 which was a good price for the service in my opinion. The whole process was done with confidence and ease, demonstrating good knowledge and experience with PC building.

I will be returning if ever I find myself needing assistance again.

I actually had an order with another company which hadn’t been built yet, ProTech asked for the spec and they’d see what they could do to better it. My experience was so good that I cancelled my other order and ProTech were able to offer me a far better product for a little more money and my PC arrived in 2 days – top notch Highly recommend them!

If i could give 10 stars i would. The customer service is above and beyond. Have replied to me within minutes whenever i have whats’apped them with any question regardless of time or a weekend! That speaks volumes itself. Bought a high end custom gaming pc, it arrived the next day beautifully packaged. Turned on within 15 minutes and never had a problem since. I’m so glad i bought from this company and will continue to do so in the future. Cant recommend them enough.
