I purchased a laptop and received an email advising that the laptop I had purchased was now out of stock.
I was informed that my refund would arrive within 3-5 days, however after chasing up this then changed to 5-10 days. After 2 week with no refund, I chased up again to find that they didn’t even put the refund through and I would have to wait another 10 days.
Eventually, 3 weeks later I received the refund, though I doubt I would have if I hadn’t chased up so persistently.
Very bad experience, would not recommend.
Amazing service by Asif from Computer Clinic. I called up earlier today and explained I was having some issues with the performance of my PC. He asked me to visit the store & was able to rectify the issue with my PC within the hour & even charged me a reduced rate to the initial quote. Very satisfied & extremely grateful. I would definitely be visiting again for any PC issues. Thank you Asif!
Great pricing and customer service. Called in, ahead of time and got my computer fixed the same day. Very professional thermal paste replacement, he made sure not to scratch the computer especially the glass panel and applied the best thermal paste. Would 100% recommend, and this will be my go to computer specialist from now on.
