Products are good, service isn’t. I’ve been to a few CEX stores (Dalston, Angel and York) and the people at the Dalston store are pretty aggressive and combative. The other stores are pretty friendly and there to help. The Dalston store seems to forget that they are providing a service to the customers that go in there.
Obviously there is a job to do in terms of ensuring products they receive are of good quality and need to be tested, but I get the impression they treat everyone like criminals
terrible service claimed my nintendo switch has a bad battery , the console wasnt even checked. ive run a test on it and everything they said doesnt work is false. ive sold it to another cex and they happily took it with no issue. i genuinely believe the staff had something against me and made an excuse not to take my console. if you are a person of colour expect to be stigmatised by the staff at this location. bad odour and breath from them very unpleasant experience will not be returning
Great place to get electronics. I recently bought a hp laptop but one of the staff’s recommendations when I told him my price range and what I was using it for.
Just before buying the laptop, they told me that I had 2 days to return the laptop if I had any problems with it and I still haven’t returned it and it only cost me around PS250
