My partner took her phone here to get her iphone x screen repaired, the repair lasted for three weeks in total, upon attempting to take the phone back, we was initially told, ok, yeah, no problem it can be fixed no charge. After hours the manager called my partner and told her the repair wouldn’t be free as the phone chassis was bent, after arguing she was offered PS50 discount off a PS250 bill (the screen costs PS120 itself). So I have done a few phone repairs over the years and since a bent phone chassis effectively renders the phone worthless I decided to have a bash at the repairs myself. ok, here are the highlights of why the phone wasn’t working, the chassis was bent at the exact part of the phone where you pry the screen off, the adhesive wasn’t replaced on the new screen, there are two clips on the left hand side of the hone that need to lock in place, one was inserted the other was bent over, which didn’t allow the phone screen to sit flush. Finally the connectors from the mother board to the screen were not connected properly, the connector was actually partially torn . So……long story short, I bought a new screen, replaced everything properly and shock of shocks the phone now works 100%. Anyway, poor service, no accountability for shoddy repairs, IF you take your phone there, make sure you get pics of the state of it before you hand the phone over.

Extremely disappointed with service. Took iPhone 6s in for a battery change. Tried to give me the phone back with lines down the screen and rightly changed the LCD free of charge. When complaining the down volume button didn’t work anymore they said it couldn’t be related to the battery chance. Just like the LCD screen?!

Guy was cleaning my old LCD, presumably to sell onto another unsuspecting victim.

PS25 for a damaged phone.

I have been searching for a case for my phone, many shops visited, it isn’t a popular phone but the chap in this shop got out many covers until he found one that fitted I was very grateful, he didn’t make much money out of me as it only cost 7.99 but I hope this recommendation helps.
