Impeccable service from Marian, very professional, honest, and it was clear to me he goes above and beyond to resolve any issue that comes his way. My Samsung galaxy s23 ultra screen was completely smashed with damage to the frame also, Marian fixed this promptly and told me the complete cost and how long it would take before any repair had taken place. He also knew exactly what to do as he is accredited by the respective manufacturers to repair these devices. Also walking me through the process before the repair took place so that I was well informed on what needed to be done and why, and to what extent the device was broken. After Marian promptly fixed my phone, he advised me on how to protect my phone in the future, spending a long time with me to make sure I would get everything right, which I greatly appreciate. Broke my Samsung S23 Ultra after Parklife festival Manchester. My phone had soo much water damaged to the battery, screen and camera. Replacing all the parts would have been super expensive so I was recommended to just buy a new phone or a 2nd hand phone.

I was upset but Marian was super helpful in retrieving my data and getting a deal for a used iPhone XR to use temporarily before I buy my new phone. He managed to retrieve 2 backup folders onto my SSD and laptop. So all my data is safe and I just have to transfer it onto my new phone.

I contacted ismash due to a problem with the battery on my iPad. They asked me to call in which I did two days later and the battery was replaced there and then. The whole process took less than three hours and my iPad is now working again with a new battery..
