Firstly the customer service from both Chris and Tariq was exceptional. Both very friendly and almost instantly put me at ease. HDMI port needed fixing on ps5; within the same day I got a call from Tariq saying it was ready to be picked up. I had only dropped it off a few hours prior. Took it home to test it and worked like a charm. For your console needs these guys are definitely the best about. Checked other places for the price of the same fix in my area, almost all are charging higher. Can’t get a better experience than this place .
Excellent wouldn’t go anywhere else. Always bring my brother’s PlayStations here. This time is was overheating. 12 month warranty, ready in an exceptional amount of time after dropping items off and never have the same issues twice.
