We have used this store for phone repairs for several years with no problems, however, when my husband needed a new phone, we were duped. We are not particularly technically knowledgeable and he chose a similar phone @ PS120, to his faulty one. After 2 months he started having issues with signal/messages. Turns out 3G is being phased out and this phone is only supported by 2G & 3G. When he asked if he could trade it in for a 5G phone he was told “No”. Surely they knew this before selling the phone as they didn’t want it back. We will not be using this store ever again.

I had went to get an iPhone charger for my iPhone 11. The man asked do you want the plug + cable or just the cable on its own. I asked can I buy just the cable. It doesn’t even work. I only bought it 3 hours ago.

I also got a glass screen protector. He didn’t fit it on properly because you can still see some air bubbles trapped and you can also edges not fitted properly either.

Cannot recommend enough! I thought I had cracked my phone screen (Huawei P30) and other phone shops in Loughborough were saying it would be PS200+ for repair. Went to Phone For Me, was immediately told it was just my screen protector that was damaged! Saved me PS200 and the rest! Will definitely be going back here if I have phone problems and recommending to everyone. Thank you!
