Don’t use this company! I went in as my lens had broken on my top camera. Said they could fix it for PS20. The lens made no difference as picture was still hazy but he told me it was the glue drying and to come back if I had any problems. Obviously it didn’t improve so a week later back I went to be told that I needed a different lens and they would order it in. Very bad service at that point, left me standing there not taking my number and serving other people who I noticed had come in before but come back. So back I go for my lens a few days later only to be told it isn’t the lens, its my camara which is damaged and it can’t be repaired. I was cross so asked why he hadn’t diagnosed that problem and in the first place instead of charging me PS20 for a job which was a waste of money. I also asked for my money back but was told he’d be basically out of pocket as he’d ordered me one in which he hadn’t first time as he’d just got lens out of a draw. Yes they did put me another lens in as he could see I wasn’t happy but at the end of the day I have wasted two weeks going backwards and forth and still my phone is not right and PS20 out of pocket!!!

So, my dad took his Samsung S10 plus in MINT condition to have the charging port replaced, left the phone with them for an hour, came back to the phone without a screen protector and a small crack in the screen which they denied, the charging port stopped working after a day, I believe this was because it was never changed just cleaned. Phone was taken back, they put in another “new” charging port which again stopped working after a day, they blamed this on another issue which required the phone to be sent away. So I asked to be refunded as the phone hadn’t been fixed, which they cannot do due to lockdown and has to wait until after.. Basically absolutely useless, avoid.

Avoid at all costs! Took my Google pixel in to have the charge port fixed…. 3 weeks later it arrived back with the on button melted to the point I couldn’t turn the phone on. I take it back so they can fix the problem THEY created. I finally get my phone back 2 weeks later with the port Still not working. So back I go again…. This was march and we’re basically in June now with still zero sign of my phone being returned. I mean at this point it’s theft surely
