Avoid this computer repair shop. I am not sure how they are getting such high ratings which influenced my decision to contact them. I would give them minus rating but one * is lowest I can go. I went to this repair shop on 4 August 2023 with 2 problem – flickering on a tablet which they said they would not be able to solve and a laptop connecting to 4G signal but not to 5G signal which they said they could not do anything about and leave the WiFi device at 4G signal, the opinion expressed by other computer firms earlier. However, this they claimed was half service and charged PS30 for it. On my expression of dissatisfaction they issued a non VAT receipt and put a hand written note for redemption in future.

I’d genuinely given up hope on my dead hard drive, but George was having none of it! I’ve been working on my second book for two years, and I thought I was going to lose all that work.

Long story short. Laptop needed an urgent repair for work. Tried locally and was told 7 days. Called laptop repair centre on Smithdown road and was told bring it in, it’ll take about an hour. I handed over the what I thought was the agreed price of the repair PS60. He handed PS20 back and told me we’d agreed PS40! What more can you ask for? Professional Efficient and Honest-what more can you ask for?
