I had some very serious problems with our main office computer, Paul stripped and correctly diagnosed the issue, ordered the parts and fitted them promptly and without fuss. All our data was unaffected and we got our machine back fully functioning in double quick time. Thank you very much Paul.
Took my desktop here a few months ago as it wouldn’t get past the bios loading screen. PTEC-Computers swiftly fixed the issue and even cleaned the dust and dirt from inside and out. Overall really pleased with how quick and thorough they were. Highly recommended.
