An online order for an A grade Z Fold 5 Phantom Black 256mb was met with dispatch from this store. When it arrived, it clearly had multiple small scratches and therefore should have been sold as B grade. I returned it to another CEX store, and was informed that the Warrington store has a reputation for doing this. Because there are very few z fold 5s available on the CEX website, I think it is likely that the same phone is currently relisted as A grade, but now at PS1030. Avoid. Not the phone, this particular store. I’ve had a fantastic experience with my local CEX store.

I should also add that the CEX website did not allow me to post this review on their website. Apparently, it was “hate speech”. I recommend you look at google reviews of particular stores because it is a franchise.

Sold me an iPhone. Said if there’s any fault with it whatsoever to bring it back within 3 months. It’s been 1 month and it’s faulty and they are refusing to take it. Due to the Apple ID logged in. Should have mentioned this in the fine print before purchasing. Bunch of drop outs working there with no customer service skills or future.
