Just go to a licensed repair shop instead of here. I wish I had been told a head of time that the replaced screen would be poor quality. Can barely use my phone now, as the screen is so super sensitive it clicks through links constantly and would have preferred to have kept the cracked screen rather than have this poor quality uncracked screen. When I went back to complain it was made to seem like it would be obvious that the screen would be poor quality after. Why say you can fix something if you can’t? Since he didn’t reconnect the NFC I now can’t use Apple Pay or anything. Its so frustrating. Would not recommend.

Excellent, prompt and honest service, happy to recommend this magician! Busy but works on the spot. Dropped my handset, went to service provider to reluctantly get a new phone (showed them handset queried could it be the screen only needs a repair but was fobbed off), after two days of corporate /system bureaucracy, in absolute frustration approached Encell lunchtime today – within seconds said I only needed a new screen and I had my handset restored to perfection within an hour. Edit: The repair done 3 years ago caused an echo on calls when using speaker, I only realised this when I got the screen repaired again elsewhere and the echo disappeared.

Original 2020: Replaced my Galaxy S9 screen and port cheaper than all 3 other places in town I checked and quicker than 2 of them. Very friendly and helpful too.
