Took my perfectly good laptop in for an hard drive upgrade and the price was cheaper than they initially quoted and it took about 4 days which is reasonable. But got the laptop back and it kept giving error reports and issues with the hard drive so took it back in and was told “they’ll make it a priority case as its a return job but they are busy” . (5 days later not including the weekend because they are closed) had no word had to chase them 3 times and they gave me an update didn’t sound right soo I asked them to just return laptop it no longer blue screens with issues but now just has to repair hard drive every boot and tell me windows isn’t installed properly. Soo 9 days to install a hard drive that is faulty

I went into care computers to see if they could help with a software issue that I was having trying to recover all the family photos and videos from a hard drive that another company had deleted. Ken was very helpful and took the time to see if he could fix it but it seemed that all was lost until he gave me the option of having their specific data recovery which I decided to do and wow they have managed to recover everything from the drive and saved the day. The team there are very caring and take pride in helping I will definitely be using them for support in the office from now on.
