I purchased a Grade A MacBook Pro from your store, only to return it the next day due to a faulty battery and a non-functional touchpad in the left corner. Despite assurances that the device was in perfect working condition, it was clearly defective. I returned to the store seeking a refund for the faulty item. Instead, I was told a new battery would be ordered and that it would arrive within a few days, specifically by Tuesday.

When I called on Tuesday to check on the status, I was informed of a “delay” and was unexpectedly asked for the laptop’s model number again, raising doubts about whether the battery had been ordered in the first place. Nevertheless, I provided the information once more and was told to check back the next day.

Upon visiting the store, I was again told that the battery was delayed and that a second order had been placed. However, the only proof of the order provided was the first order made on the day i called them up suggesting I had been misled about the original order.

It has now been two weeks, and I am still waiting for the battery replacement. This continued delay is unacceptable and indicates a potential violation of consumer protection laws. Selling defective products and failing to provide timely remedies constitutes a breach of the Sale of Goods Act 1979, which requires that goods sold be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.

If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter to trading standards and seek legal action for the violation of my consumer rights. I expect prompt resolution to this matter, either through the repair of the device or a full refund.

don’t buy laptop from here. they don’t care about customer satisfaction. it’s only to make money by any means

I feel compelled to write this revue as I’ve just witness the staff in zam call charge and sort an old ladies phone out for her, it’s her lifeline and only needed charging but when she asked how much the man behind the counter said no cost for her. I’ve witnessed this before and is one of the reasons I’ve been using them for the past 8 years, they have always offered good and cost effective advice and not done work that’s not necessary and they explain things well and are prompt to. I can’t praise them enough. Keep up the good work guys no wonder your busy but worth the wait.

Needed repairs on my iPhone13 pro, new battery replacement and new back panel as it was smashed to bits, just be aware they do not use genuine apple products (they wont mention this to you unless you ask) so they will nowhere near last as long, had my phone repaired near on 2 months ago and I already have to wiggle my charger to actually get it to charge properly and my back panel screen has cracked already even with phone case. They guys in the shop are nice guys though.
