I’ve only given this business 5 stars because I can’t give 10.
My laptop would do pretty much nothing so I dropped it off with Chris expecting the worse. Chris was very understanding, and explained the likely scenario as well as the worse case, and I left my laptop in his capable hands.
Within 2 hours I received a call, detailing the problem, the solution, and of course, the cost. I was happy with the cost and left Chris to order the necessary part.
Next day he called back again. The part had arrived, and had been fitted, and my laptop had been tested and was ready for collection.
I don’t think he quite managed 24 hours, but I think around 25 hours from start to finish (including waiting for a part to arrive) is pretty fantastic!
To me, the price was perfect (others will no doubt object) but given the time taken was so impressive, and the polite and non-condescending way in which I was spoken, I’d say I was undercharged rather than over.
All in all, this has got to be one of the most recommendable businesses I have ever had the privilege to use. Many thanks.

All I can say is I got first class service! My laptop was running slow. It was assessed by PC medic and brought up to standard very quickly and at a very fair price. New parts were obtained promptly and he explained everything very thoroughly. Brilliant and

Absolutely fantastic service, within 3 days of going in he had the computer assembled and ready to give me, helped me along the way with any and all questions and also showed me pictures of the progress would highly recommend and will be using them again in the future
