Came to this shop for a back cover replacement for Huawei p30 pro, had to take it back twice because they did such a poor job.

First visit they left one side of the backcover with loads of gaps and glue coming out so I took it back again and they did EXACTLY the same thing again. So in total 3 visits to the shop and my phone is now left looking as it does in the pictures. (followed instructions to keep the rubber bands on for at least 3 hours, I left them on for 7 just to be sure it set before removing them.)

How can you do such a poor job of gluing a back cover on not just once but twice?

Will be going to a different shop to get this remedied as I simply don’t trust them to do it correctly at this point. This is a shame as they seemed like nice guys but if the workmanship doesn’t match the customer service it is pointless to return in my eyes.

Went into the shop today with my broken Samsung Galaxy note 10 plus. The man was very polite, kind and helpful. He explained very carefully how it would cost much more to repair and replace the screen and camera than to buy a newer phone. This is the main reason why I bought a phone there and then as that showed that he was an honourable man. I had visited other shops in the past and they had not suggested this at all. He was very good and he also helped me with advice on screen protectors and helped me transfer my sim card. I am 58 not a teenager so clueless about smartphones. My Galaxy note plus was given to me . That was hard to get used to and the men at the shop were so understanding and showed me how to work my new one. I am very happy and I would highly recommend this shop to all young and old!

Unfortunately I pretty much ended up destroying my screen on my phone. I ended buying a new phone anyway but I needed all my photos from that phone onto my new one and there was no way of being able to transfer them over. thankfully phone corner was able to attach a screen to the phone to be able to smart switch them over for me. And for a really good price. Highly recommend! definitely be back if I have any other problems with my devices!
