Been working with SCS for years. I say working with deliberately – Rob listens to his customers, striving to understand not only their IT needs, but any other issues that might impact on his recommendations, e.g. any issues around cognition processing, accessibility, and simple habit based preferences. Lovely to see the next generation in the shop too, increasingly finding Lewis humble, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. The money person, Chris deserves a mention. Kind, gentle on the reminders on the rare occasions I’ve messed up on the money front and a great sense of humour.

Simtech were absolutely wonderful today! I had a printer, one of the ecotank ones, that stopped printing blue because the head had dried up.

I was actually considering dumping it because I could buy a new printer relatively cheap but Simtech cleaned and fixed it for free! One less object messing up planet Earth in the rubbish dump – I was so happy.

Now I can print my children’s homework and Cubs activities out for this September. Thank you so much!
