I’m really pleased with the 5G router I ordered. Looks basically brand new and the click and collect system was very efficient and easy. I had a bad experience buying a refurbished one off Amazon that was battered beyond belief so it was refreshing to buy such a high quality product at a reasonable price. There was a new guy being trained at the Stockton store who was very friendly and helpful. Very happy customer here. Thanks.
Sadly some second hand games were more expensive than the price of ones that are new in other shops. Hopefully this doesn’t mean that CeX is struggling because the prices are just not competitive.
They have a good selection of retro gaming though.
Good customer service but really overpriced and trading in games here are not worth it! Just sell them on ebay for a good price. Their refund policy is good and staff are kind. Good shop.
