Absolutely over the moon. Very happy customer here. I scrolled through Andy’s reviews here on google to find the absolute perfect score at exactly 5.0. It’s very very rare to find that with any business/sole trader.

It’s very easy to see why there are so many satisfied customers!

My total cost was very fair for what I’ve received in return.

Andy replaced a bad hard drive that I was misled by on the last repair job that operated below its specifications at purchase price. For the cost of the new SSD drive/upgrade I now have Windows 10 pro! On a mere extra charge he upgraded the 4gb random access memory to 8gb!!!
Thus allowing an even fine efficient run. Free of charge he replaced the faulty dvd drive with a working one so I can watch whatever DVD’s if I need to be away.

The laptop is completely running brand new and every update he notified me on very quickly with full pricing laid out and options early. He’s replied back to all my texts and emails almost instantly and even answered questions to such an in depth detail.
To add hes a very nice friendly fella with the highest ethical approach in a working man.
Andy installed the applications I requested and converted my old hard drive into a portable drive with the 1TB at a ridiculous affordable price. The best price you will ever find if your looking to make use of your old hard drive.

Not to add hes added a 2 year warranty for the job for absolute peace of mind. Thank You Very Much!

I wholeheartedly recommend Andy Repairs – Andy was able to give a lightning fast turnaround on my LCD screen replacement. The laptop now has a fully working display and is a treat to use again.

Excellent communication about costs via email – Andy told me before he took any steps to fix my laptop and told me exactly what the cost would be; there were no surprises when I went to pay. He’s also very approachable, knowledgeable and polite – I felt very included in the repair process as he explained everything very well.

Very professional service. I took two Chromebooks for repair. Unfortunately, Tom wasn’t able to repair either of them but he negotiated a reasonable diagnosis price. I feel I was unlucky on this occasion and would still use this company again.
