I had a problem with my SSD failing at 99% critical health. Kevin identified this problem very quickly and provided solutions and recommendations. He also saved me money by advising me to purchase my own new SSD which was listed cheaper on Amazon. He recovered all of my important data and transferred them securely to my new SSD that he fitted. He’s very privacy conscious and always asked permission to enter files and folders when needed. He also agreed to wipe and securely dispose of my old SSD and offered to provide me with a certificate confirming that the SSD has been successfully wiped. His pricing is fair and he’s a very honest man. I’m happy to return for any upgrades or repairs in the future.
