Absolutely disgusted with the customer service at this store.

I went it to have my battery changed, a trip that took me 45 minutes in the car. I was ready to separate with PS85 to have a battery change, even though that is extortionate to begin with. To then be told it couldn’t be done because my iPhone currently is using the beta version of iOS 18.

Not once was this mentioned in the email telling me what I needed to do to have my phone ready. It stated, back up your phone, update it to the latest iOS (my assumption being iOS 18 not being a problem as technically it is higher than 17) and to know my Apple ID and password.

The woman who dealt with me was incredibly condescending. Her overall attitude towards me was horrendous and seems to lack an ounce of empathy. She just looked at me smiling like some apple robot who follows this Apple cult.

I am sorry but Apple You need to change how to train your employees and work on the attitude you have towards customer service, they truly seem to always act so entitled, as if they are gods gift to humanity.

The thing is, I didn’t even receive a single genuine apology, I was met with a condescending attitude from a woman who tried to explain to me that a beta is a test program etc. I am not uneducated and I understand the premise of this. Do not treat me like an imbecile.

I am so disappointed, this further supports the claims that Apple is overrated, overpriced and is just a cult. I am so close to leaving Apple as a customer as a whole. If it weren’t for the fact that I love the products, I’d absolutely be gone.

DO BETTER. Remember who your customers are and how important they are to your business, you can’t always just rely on your products without genuine and great customer service.

First time using this store to have a new battery ( after 3 years of constant use) to my iPhone. The store is smart, modern and even smelled nice. Every member of staff were friendly and professional in particular Ben. He ran a check on my phone to check its overall health and agreed it was just the battery that needed replacing. As he was doing the pre repair consultation I explained that on occasion the speaker sounds muffled so in the future I may pop back to have it looked it. He immediately spotted the issue, the ports and speakers were blocked. He went away and returned with a cleaning kit, spent a few minutes clearing the ports and fixed the problem. He could have told me it needed a costly repair and i would have paid to have it done but he was honest and said it wasn’t needed. I had the battery replaced within an hour.. the phone is as new again. I can’t praise the store and in particular Ben enough! I will certainly be a returning customer!

Recently I bought the new phone from this store. Store is having all the options and colors to buy iphone, laptop or Iwatch. Store is beautiful and customer service is really nice. Sometimes there is waiting but they are served warmly.
Saturday and Sundays are usually busy and we have to wait for the turn. As I also went to this store on the Saturday, so there was waiting and later we make the purchase.
The atmosphere is good and the store is big which is more attractive.
I’ve always loved and used their products for my entire life. Never had any complaints about a product or anything like that. I am also looking forward to buying the iPhone 15 pro and the Apple Watch series 9. However, their prices can be a bit high sometimes but I guess that is normal if you want to have one of THE best phones on the market
