Had an extremely disappointing experience in crown point store. I had ordered a laptop on the website via click and collect (Currys returns policy states this can be returned). When I collected the product and got it home I could see it had already been opened so went to return it the next day. The store told me they couldn’t return it because it was opened- despite that this was how I had received the product. This was extremely frustrating but what made it worse was how rude and unhelpful the staff and the manager were towards me. After this experience I wouldn’t shop with Currys again, particularly the crown point store. To make matters worse whilst I was waiting for them to look into the matter there were several staff stood behind the counter openly complaining about the customers they’d just served. Just all around rude and no need for it.

This afternoon we came to the store to look for a I-Phone as I promised to buy my eldest one. When we came in, I asked one of the assistant if he’s free. He told me he wasn’t but just wait for two minutes. We waited patiently for forty two minutes no one came to ask if we need any help. It looked like there were only 4 people working when there were lots of customers in the store. We decided to leave and as I walk out I made my point to the guy that his 2 minutes is forty two minutes but still no one came to assist us. His reply was, I don’t work in the sales, I work at the till. He still works at Curry’s regardless, he could have at least told us that they do not have enough staff so that we knew that we had to wait awhile before someone can help us.

We went in specifically for a Huawei phone case for a present. On the section where there were cases we didn’t really see any.
The problem arose when we asked an old guy who works there to make sure if there’s any of what we were looking for – he then proceeded to make gesture with his hand showing this other shelf area that sipposedly had the product. We go there and there’s some iPad and universal cases, nothing close to what we are looking for.
