Bought a PlayStation dual sense pad, ended up with and old rotten standard pad controller in the box, went to return it, he is adamant that he sold a sealed pad, had to drive 15 miles to the store to then be told by the store it’s not their problem ring customer service, left to ring customer service and then was told it was instore problem. Returned to the store to see them closing shop, slides the electric door half open and shouts what do you want, we’re closed. Very patronising and rude, the back and forth trips to the store to get the issue resolved. Formal complaints have been made as nothing is resolved. Idon’t like writing bad reviews but avoid this store and go to another currys.

I bought an iron from this shop, and because it had a problem, I returned it according to the law and requested a new one from them. However, they sent me to another shop in LS10, and when I went there, they rudely told me to go back to the branch where I made the request. I returned to them and asked why they wasted my time and harassed me. They said, “Go home, and we’ll call you within a week to get another iron.” They didn’t call, and after 10 days, I went to the shop myself. Unfortunately, they gave me a used product, and the management there treated me very badly and rudely, saying, “Just take this and we don’t have another iron.” I am not satisfied with them at all, and I never recommend buying from this shop. I regret it deeply.
Changed my phone today and the staff were brilliant. Despite them fighting with their own systems they were so helpful and made my transition easy for me. They didn’t get stressed they just worked around every problem that came up. They were so polite and gave me all the information I needed and even found the phone I wanted in stock after telling me it had to be ordered in. Cannot thank them enough today. They were marvellous. Thanks all of you.
