A complete lack of knowledge of the product we were wanting to purchase.
They would not price match, despite the fact that the sales person said they did.
I found a cheaper price online and the manager said that they do not price match with this company. How very convienient of him ! the price I found was considerably

One of worst customer service wich I experienced. Waiting about 20 minutes for any assistance. Staff wasn’t helpful and didn’t had any idea about products. When I ask about certain product store staff told me to go on YouTube and watch some videos, as she didnt know. Or she was to busy to chat with coworker. Finally bought item but it was not at stock at store so ordered to pick up at store next day. Next day I went to store to found out that my item probably will be delivered to store in next 5 days. What a joke. If I want to wait 5 days I will buy online with delivery directly to mu home.
Jade, our sales assistant, very good. Positive, bubbly, professional. Actual delivery experience is what brings score down. Said coming 1 day then text to say next day then ring to say 3 days hence. NOT GOOD esp when were talking a fridge freezer because yr old one isn’t working!!! Also experience of trying to ring to speak to a human to ask a question we forgot to ask Jade was beyond frustrating.
