i went into this store looking to get my pc up graded a little johnny was amazing not only did he talk me through what he could do for me, but he explained it so that i could easily underastand no fancy techno baffle but i understood every word said and understood exactly what he was going to do for me even more than i expected. itemised pricing which worked out a lot less than i expected to pay the job was done in less than 24 hours

Used ISpecialist today as the SIM card on my phone wasn’t working. Fast service, dealing with the issue within an hour. Also gave me an original costing, but then on returning to pick up my phone, reduced it considerably as the work needed to fix it wasn’t what they originally thought it may have been. Very honest and will definitely use them again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

My tablet had stopped working, fixed with a reset by iSpecialist employee. Staff were both friendly and helpful. I will definitely use them again, and will happily refer family and friends their way, due to the quick and great service that I myself received
