Brilliant! We tried this shop because of its good reviews and found that it thoroughly deserved them. Normally as someone in their 70s I find I get patronised by the young people in the mobile phone shops but this lady went to a great deal of trouble to explain things I have never understood. She understood exactly what type of phone we wanted and recommended one which fitted it the bill then explained how it worked. Great service like this is very hard to find.

My family have been coming here for years to get help for there phone’s. Fonehouse it’s about the customer and what there needs are and what is the wright phone for that person. I find Fonehouse to be the best place to go for what I need and I would give more stars if I could.

The owner or who talked with me was super friendly and even gave me a freebie SIM card which was very nice.
