Upon entering the shop we received a very warm welcome and us if they could help us which I thought was professional and helpful. I thought the PC stuff on the shelving was a little limited and couldn’t see a price list for other components which I’m sure they have under the counter.

I like the fact they stocked VAPE goods but sadly found them to be very expensive and in some cases more than 3-4x more expensive than what can be ordered online from the likes of Fasttech, Gearbest or Ali Express to name a few which is a shame because I would rather my money go to local businesses.

Obviously if you would rather pay more and have someone that you can speak to about what your buying and perhaps receive better warranty on the item then it might be more suitable to purchase at a max higher rate but for me… I’d rather save my money.

Took my PC in as it wouldn’t connect to my internet at home. They called me the next day to come and collect it. Said there was no charge! They had got it to connect to theirs but wouldn’t charge as they couldn’t be certain that it would connect to mine until I tried it. It works at home now so I am very grateful to them for their fast, polite, efficient service AND no fee. Will definitely be going back there.

My laptop would not turn on and I contacted Cliff at JPC Technology Centre. He gave me advice over the phone of several things I could do at home to fix it and when these did not work fitted me in straight away to look at the problem and quickly identified a faulty power supply which he fixed with a new one. I would not hesitate in recommending him.
